Mom-ninja.
My dh is limiting carbs. To help him in this I help prepare and plan his meals and snacks. I love love browsing blogs for ideas/recipes. Tell me your favorite go-to blogs/sites. I've been liking Oxygen magazine for recipes and I just modify as needed. I'm looking for mostly snack ideas and take with you lunches. ILiveInFlipFlops
I've been doing the same for a month now, and I've been all over the web looking for recipes. Truly though, I've found Pinterest to be the most useful. I look for "phase 1" recipes, and that usually pulls up Atkins, South Beach, and P90X phase 1 recipes, which are meant to super low- or no-carb. I've also been on these sites a lot lately. http://www.foodrenegade.com http://civilizedcavemancooking.com http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com (yummy dessert recipes if you're not anti-stevia--I've been making chocolate with cocoa, coconut oil, and liquid stevia and it's really filling a need for me! PM me if you want some tips though, her initial recipe was way too bitter for me.)
