Brilliant
Help me tell my teens what I want for Christmas. They probably want to spend less than $30. :D I have no idea!
Catwoman
Makeup? Socks? PJs? Slippers? DVDs? CDs? Books? Something hobby-related? Do you collect anything?
KRG
Book, dvd, movie tickets, gift card to favorite restaurant, something for a hobby that you have
Brilliant
Oh, I like the gift card idea, especially since we are going to a cash budget for dining out next year. I have a couple of favorite places for coffee, tea, lunch, etc. & I'd love some "mad money" to use there.
Tess in the Burbs
bath stuff. Bubbles, fizzes and such. Or some makeup you wouldn't normally buy. Or some special food item you never want to spend that much money on....some fancy cookies? My kids always get me those super soft socks for around the house or a new scarf. justLisa
good coffee/tea, fuzzy warm socks, slippers, comfy lounge pants, books.....more specifically a cookbook.
Night Elf
A stash of chocolate you don't have to share.
GailV
A scarf, a coupon to do something you don't like to do that isn't already on their chore list (in my case this would be to wash and vacuum the car). Tickets for you all to go see Les Mis at the theater one morning (cheaper tickets) next week.
TraciWA
Me? Gift cards to my favorite craft, or book stores. Cash was given me for my birthday, but you know how that works. Everyone needs something more than mommy needs to play. :001_rolleyes: So gift cards at least will get spent on me!
Brilliant
Thanks for the ideas...it came up over lunch, so I mentioned all my favorite cafes! We'll see what ends up under the tree. :)
