However ectopics can present a psuedosac. Both my ectopics had one. We were sure my first ectopic was a normal pregnancy because there was a sac. Imagine my dr's surprise when she was called to the ER because I was bleeding to death due to a ruptured tube.... I'm super duper cautious in early pregnancy...
