lynn
I purchased one and :blushing: kind of forgot what recipe I bought it for. :leaving:
jen3kids
This is the one I used a few weeks ago. It is close to what a friend of mine uses, but she doesn't measure anything. Her recipe was definitely better, but this is very good. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/marinated-flank-steak/detail.aspx?event8=1&prop24=SR_Title&e11=flank%20steak&e8=Quick%20Search&event10=1&e7=Home%20Page
Mama_Rana
Marinated/grilled flank steak is delicious. I also like to make Ropa Vieja. This is a weight watchers' version: http://www.pepperplate.com/recipes/view.aspx?id=1825157 [Let me know if you can't see that; it's on my pepperplate site.]

Ali in OR
Love this marinade for grilling. Leftovers get used for fajitas. 1/2 c. soy sauce 3 Tbs. lemon juice 3 Tbs. honey 1-2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp bottled ginger (or ginger powder, or fresh minced ginger) 1 green onion chopped fine. Put flank steak in large ziploc bag and add marinade. Marinate at least 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. I also use flank steak for stir fry. Can add a recipe for Mongolian beef if interested.
