Is anyone else sitting on the edge of their seats and going to stay up Sunday night to see if the new Mars rover, Curiosity lands safely? I wish DD were older, this is going to be a wonder space discussion opportunity.

Dh and I were talking about this today at dinner. Do you know who will be broadcasting live coverage? I'll stay up to watch it. I'd be up anyway. :)

There's nothing local to us, so if we stay up it'll be online.

NASA has video "Seven minutes of terror" about the landing.

My son's been doing some stuff about Curiosity for science lately.

We're excited. I'm hoping CNN will show it. It is at a decent hour here in the West, and I'm going to keep the kids up. My 13 year old has loved space stuff since he was little.

It's going to be at 1:30am here, but we're going to stay up and watch it anyway. :)
