Soror Posted July 23, 2012 Author Share Posted July 23, 2012 Thanks all I think I will make Jambalaya (but w/ just chicken) I've done that recipe before and liked it. I love the idea of fajitas but we had enchiladas a few nights ago. I made chicken salad last week for our lunch and dh doesn't like it. I like wraps but am too lazy to homemade gf ones right now(although I need to put that on the menu when I'm not feeling so lazy!) and they are expensive to buy.
