ksr5377
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a book to help process through grief? My grandmother passed away 6 months ago, and at first I thought I was fine. However, her birthday is approaching and I'm realizing that I am grieving even more this past month that I did the month she died. I think I would like to have something to read to help me process some of my feelings.
fairfarmhand
http://www.amazon.com/Tear-Soup-Recipe-Healing-After/dp/0961519762 this one. And I am sorry for your loss. I grieved the same way when my mom passed. The first few months, I think I was in shock, but as the weeks passed and it really began to sink in that she was gone forever, the hurt went deeper. It's been 18 months and while I don't feel that I am actively mourning her loss, still small things can bring tears to my eyes. :grouphug::grouphug::grouphug:
