Halcyon Posted May 14, 2012 Share Posted May 14, 2012 Ugh. I am so sick with a stomach flu....I haven't been sick in ages, and now this, just 2 weeks before our big move! It's been worsening over the last 4 days--I thought it was a flare up of a digestive condition I have, but it's not. Older has it too, but more mild, and it's definitely a stomach virus :( I thought these only lasted a couple of days? I slept 14 hours last night and 4 hours today. I think I'm going to crawl back into bed. Poor kids: not only did we miss church yesterday, but I had to cancel Math Club today. :( Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

alpidarkomama Posted May 15, 2012 Share Posted May 15, 2012 OH, can I empathize! Our family just went through a round of that. For the kids it really wasn't so bad, but it really nailed my DH and me! I was nauseous and had many, many bathroom trips for about 10 days, and am just now getting back to normal. It's a doozie. I was sooooo tired too. Wishing you a very fast and complete recovery! I feel slightly better this morning (praying and crossing my fingers so as not to jinx it), but still very weak. Maybe the worst is over? It's been 6 days....
