lmrich
I would love to listen to The Hobbit as I spend hours in the car with the kids. Do you have a favorite?

Pippen
I'm pretty sure the Rob Inglis is the only unabridged audiobook version.

Cindy in FL.
I have to agree that the Rob Inglis version is great. My boys have almost worn it out! Cindy
Lizzie in Ma
For me and mine, no one does it better than the incomparable Rob Inglis. He also does the only unabridged versions of the trilogy and they are sublime.
Classical Country Mama
Not, I repeat, NOT the NPR High Bridge Audio version (James Arrington, Bernard Mayes etc), in which the Elves are voiced by Alvin, Simon, and Theodore.

Halcyon
We have the unabridged Rob Inglis versions of both The Hobbit and the LOTR Trilogy -- love them all! When one downloads this as a Kindle book, does it come as an audio book in the voice of Rob Inglis? I'm embarrassed to say I've never ordered an audiobook for my kindle!! It's a great price, too.
