Jeannie in NJ Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 dh and ds disappeared (went swimming at the aquatic center lol) but dd was cleaning out the pantry and freezer and her room. Our garage opens up onto an access road that tons of people walk on and bike on. People kept stopping and asking if they could have what I was throwing out. One woman came back with her open back pickup truck and took all the furniture . She gave me her phone number and asked if I would call her when I clean out my attic and the rest of my house. Ottakee Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 Sometimes cleaning is easier without the rest of the family. Then no one else is there begging to keep stuff. We are in an area where you can set stuff out by the road and it disappears in a few hours or less. Nice that someone else can use it and I am rid of it.
