Left over Pork Tenderloin - what should I do with it?

OH MAN! Cuban Sandwiches!!!! Sliced pork tenderloin, mustard, pickles, swiss cheese, cuban bread (ciabatta if I can't find cuban), add a slice of ham if you have it, skip it otherwise. In the oven just long enough to melt the cheese & delicious! My family LOVES these & we only make them when company is coming~such a treat!
