Remudamom
on Facebook. They say that someone in a nearby small town is logging in on my Facebook account. Frankly, I don't believe it. There are no posts by anyone but me and even in my private messages I have nothing private. What do you think could be up?
AK_Mom4
Well, if the emails have any links in them at all, I would assume they are phishing emails and just delete them.
skirch
:iagree: Our local news channel posted about this yesterday.
Marylou
When I log on from my husband's computer in the other room it sends me an email saying that there was a log on. Are you logging on using the same computer each time?

atozmom
Over the summer someone attempted to hack into DD's fb account. However, she only got a message when she went to log into fb. It popped up saying that someone tried to access her account from VA. FB let her log in but suggested that she change her password information. She never received an email. It popped up saying that someone tried to access her account from VA. FB let her log in but suggested that she change her password information. She never received an email. If she logged on from a new/different cell phone, they will send you that message too. First time ds used dh's phone to check his FB acct, it said someone in California (we're in TX) tried to log on, but we figured out it was because they used the cell phone. And Remudamom, :iagree: change your passwords, and block the addresses of the incoming emails.
Audrey
They are phishing emails. I have gotten ones just like that. No one in this household has a facebook account.
