Sebastian (a lady)
Besides A Tale of Two Cities, any recommendations? Thanks in advance... This is a lengthy annotated list. I've read the last one, Illusion. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Got me started on a Volsky kick for a while. I think it could be an amusing read for someone who had already read some regular fiction about the period.
C_l_e_0..Q_c
Sonlight recommends "In Search of Honor" which was a decent read, and a different side of the Revolution. (the beginnings of the Mme Tussaud museum in London)

8filltheheart
Not fiction, but I just came across this site as I was writing my dd's lesson plans. http://chnm.gmu.edu/revolution/ (there are over 600 documents on that website: http://chnm.gmu.edu/revolution/allfr.html )
