I hadn't been as serious about running with the temps being so hot this summer. My time was 2:06. Dh & the kids were there again to cheer me on & it was great.:D Now, if only I could get rid of this awful headache!:001_huh: I got one last year, too. Thanks for listening! I'd even do a Gatorade at this point - you may need the electrolytes. My next half is in October and my first full is in January. Ran an awesome 6 miles this morning!
