kym Posted July 26, 2010 Share Posted July 26, 2010 My sister, Natalye, has spina bifida and has never had any feeling in her feet. It has been a struggle for her to take care of them, but it has recently gotten much worse. She was in the hospital last year for a couple of weeks while they got the swelling/circulation problems under control. She was just admitted again today, with the same problems, but even worse. My mom just called and is worried that they are so bad, she may lose them (her feet). Gulp. I'm so, so worried about her. Would you please pray for her? Thank you so much. They did surgery today to debride the wounds on her feet and legs, and it looks like they'll be okay! She has a long rehab. period, obviously, but we're thankful that things are looking up.
