A home for their hearts
I thought it would be good for my dc to learn what's going on inside my tummy. They know there's a baby growing in there so I think it is a great time to learn about fetal development! Know of any good books, curriculum, resources, etc? thanks
Matryoshka
 That title made me think you perhaps wanted a curriculum to teach your child reading and math while still in utero... There's a book called A Child is Born by Lennart Nilsson, I think? that has lots of pictures of fetal development. Also has birth pictures at the end, you could skip or use those at your discretion, I'd think.
LindaOz
We've been following baby's development through on this website: http://3dpregnancy.parentsconnect.com/ Just select the number of weeks you are and it comes up with photos of baby, and a blurb about what is going on with the baby and the Mom at each stage of development. stripe
The March issue of Click Magazine is called "Growing Up." It includes a long article about fetal development, at a young child's level. Many libraries subscribe.
Blossom'sGirl
I'm the odd one out, I knew what you meant. I have kept a magazine that I got at the doctor's office when I was pregnant (5 years ago - goodness that went fast). I like it because it gives month by month real pictures of what the baby looks like and what is developing. Obviously it is not a curriculum but it could be an interesting starting point. I want to say it was called "Watch Me Grow" but I'm not sure where it is right now to check.
stripe
I have the same magazine; these are Nilsson's photos.
