Jean in Newcastle
I made shredded pork the other night in chicken broth with lime. I used it at the time in soft tacos. Any ideas of how I could use the left-over pork?
Parrothead
Throw in some barbecue sauce for southern barbecue. Mix it with some veggies for Brunswick stew. Add it to some left over chicken then mix those in with some rice, onion, bell pepper, celery, water or more broth and Cajun seasoning for gumbo. 6packofun
Make a white chicken chili and substitute with the pork! If you want a really easy one, McCormick makes a spice packet for this and it's good! Just add beans that you like, the pork, water and maybe 1-2 other things. joannqn
It would end up being bbq pork sandwiches here.
