Have never had any problems with them and they seem like very nice people. Always busy and always packing boxes of books when I am there if that is any help at all. It's great to have another online store to browse for homeschool books. :) Here's one that I found a while ago: http://www.smartalecbooks.com/ Customer service was excellent. I bet I emailed her at least 10 times with questions and she was very friendly and helpful. Shipping wasn't free, but it was pretty low and my package arrived in just 5 days! They never communicated with me that it would be delayed so I had to call them and find out why my stuff wasn't coming, but it did eventually arrive. It is definitely their prices (received in a flyer via snail mail--must've gotten on their mailing list at a conference) that has piqued my interest. It sounds like the reviews are more positive than negative, and they have a nice, professional-looking website.
