  1. http://alternativeeducationinstitute.org/ I'm a Florida native living in KY at the moment. We homeschooled in Florida under AEI for 5 years before our move to KY. Florida is a super homeschool friendly state. You have an option of portfolio review or testing AND you can choose to go with another option like the link I've sent. Hope this helps. I loved AEI and the freedom it offered. God bless you and your family.
  2. You did a wonderful deed for your friend, never regret it. Now, learn from this as there are people who will say they are broke and then there are people who are truly broke. God bless to you.
  3. mine gave me "Big White Undies" in my box this Christmas...... Every year.......gotta love Mom. Blessings
  4. Georgia on my mind, thank you so much for posting as I'm at the point where I need to start Latin with my children but was so confused with all that is available. Your info has been a blessing. Thanks again.
  5. would the children be interested in weaving them as in a placemat type pattern then adding a border around the entire area to create a flag? Blessings
  6. we make most of our stuff from scratch as we grind our own wheat that said........If you make your own bread and stop buying store bought they will have to eat it ! Once they get a taste for homemade I'm sure they will look at store bought as our children do "dead bread" which is what it is. It takes time but if you cut the cord on store bought they WILL survive. Blessings
  7. This company is excellent to deal with. They were a featured vendor at our convention last year. Wonderful service and great prices. Anytime you purchase over $50 your receive a free book too. Blessings
  8. we have a WhisperMill now sold under the name Wondermill and mine has been going strong for over 5 years. If you can't grind the wheat daily, freezing is still better than store bought. I always have a little left over from grinding and I freeze mine to use with the fresh ground the next time I use the flour. Wheat Montana is by far the best wheat, as it is clean and organic. God bless
  9. we have always bought used and always had good results. Takes longer but it also delays impulse buying which can be way costly. God bless
