skirch
We've been using these Nordic Naturals for about 4 years now. I usually order from VitaCost but see them in Whole Foods and other health stores.
LaxMom
How old? My younger two take Health from the Sun A+ Smart Squirts or something similar to that name... they're orange flavored chewables. (Ok, they're really more orange scented and just don't have a taste at all.) Mine are pretty easy - they were doing the "Yay! Kipper Snacks!" dance at lunch yesterday - but there's no way I'd get liquid into them. My 8 y.o. can swallow capsules so she takes Spectrum Essentials 1000mg fish oil. Mom0012
I give my daughter Coromega and I order it from Amazon. It is an orange cream and comes in individual packets. She loves it. Lisa

muffinmom
Just started my kids on these http://www.naturessunshine.com/us/products/catalog/product/default.aspx?stocknum=3342 They taste AWESOME! Recommended by a naturopath friend, who is very impressed by this company. If you become a member (which basically amounts to buying $40 worth of products), you can get discount prices. creekmom
I buy whole flax seed and grind it in a coffee bean grinder. I store the ground seed in the freezer and take it out to sprinkle on their bread and muffins.
