Brooketopia
My husband always points out that gorgonzola and bleu cheese are veined with mold and he practically throws up when I'm eating it. His loss.

Karen sn
My husband always points out that gorgonzola and bleu cheese are veined with mold and he practically throws up when I'm eating it. His loss. I know....and I hate mold and believe it is bad for you. But I love the Amish brand of gorgonzola that has no added hormones and I justify eating it on that. Not to mention it is soooo good on baby greens.
VanessaS
Just think of the mold as extra greens. LOL! I also really like blue cheese (especially Bavaria Blue), brie, and camembert. Mmmmm...
nmoira
I'm allergic to the mold, but have learned to indulge to a point just shy of hives.
