  1. :iagree::iagree: Me too. After living my life for 18 years without Him and then Him showing up the way He did in my life I have absolutely NO DOUBTS whastoever. All I have to do is think over how many prayers He has answered miraculously for me and all that He's done for me, how He speaks to me and feels so close I could reach out and touch Him. :001_wub: Nope. Thankfully, no doubts at all in my mind. :)
  2. I thought it was like a hug or something because it was so quick, but they way he climbed up there I wasn't too sure. hehehe Ay, I'm such a city girl! I know NOTHING about wild animals! :tongue_smilie:
  3. I started using a formal Bible curriculum this school year as well (for 7th grade) and went with CLE and I am very pleased with it. The Scriptures are in the KJV. The teachings are thorough and doctrinally sound . I myself have learned some things I never knew from this curriculum as well. :) It is workbooky, but that is how CLE is. They do a "unit" approach. There are some things to fill in (or answer aloud if preferred) and one test in each light unit with each light unit covering one facet of study. You can see sample pages of the lessons in the link that mom4him provided. :)
  4. LOL Poor thing. I feel it for her having to stay there all the time on the eggs. I'm glad she gets breaks. I didn't know. I only started watching her today.:) This may be a dumb question, but when the male comes back and he climbs on her for a moment, is he doing what I think he's doing or is he doing something else?? :001_huh:
  5. Did she leave the nest?? I don't know how big that box is but it looks like she just took off.
  6. Ooh I hope so. :) hehe It's like having one of those virtual pet toy thingys but the pet is real. ;)
  7. Aw man!! I missed that. I saw her mate fly in just now, but he had nothing with him. Bummer. :(
  8. LOL I was thinking the same thing when I was watching her. I was just imagining all of these people watching her waiting for her eggs to hatch and she has no idea at all. I can't help but wonder how strange it must feel to just be watched. shudder. It's a good thing she doesn't realizes it or it would probably really freak her out.
  9. Wow! I didn't even know about these live streams until last night. Do you have links for the eagle and the bear as well? I'd love to show my dd. :) Thanks.
  10. They actually have classes where you can defend yourself against huggers?? Wow! There you go Kalah! Go to class with Pico. ;)
  11. AWWW!! She was cuddling her eggs before she sat down on them. So sweet! She has cool feathers! Thanks for the link. :)
  12. Cool!! I'll cook! :) We can compare feet and see who's toes are nastiest!:lol::lol: I have a feeling my husband will win! hehehehe
  13. hahahahahaha You and your ugly feet would be welcome in my home. :grouphug: ;) hehe
  14.:lol::lol: "I have dual citizenship in the United States and Florida." lol I LOVE Christopher Walken. He's the best! hehe
  15. :iagree::iagree: I would just be honest with her and tell her that you don't like hugs. If she gets bent out of shape over it then that is her choice. There is no reason you should have to hug someone if you don't want to. Just my 2 cents.
  16. :D Okay, I'm not Irish, but I play one on t.v.;) To all of our Irish friends, this is for you. Stay away from the green beer. ;) :D
  17. Wow!! That looks really cool!! Thanks so much for sharing the link too! What a great price Amazon is offering. :) I just might buy this to use as a supplement for history. :)
  18. That's awesome!! I love Phil Vischer. My kids have grown up watching Veggie Tales. I saw the interview he did on his bankruptcy and it brought me to tears. He has been through so much. This new DVD set looks awesome! Thanks so much for offering a chance to win them. :) Blessings, Jen
  19. My son goes to PS and I have to get up at 6am to get him up and ready for the bus to come pick him up. DH gets up at 6:30am most mornings. I get dh's breakfast and lunch ready at the same time I'm getting ds's and get them both out the door about the same time. On Saturdays though it is understood that I'm going to sleep in and dh has to get up with the kiddos. On Sunday it's my turn and dh sleeps in. Works for us. :)
