Confirmed small hole. 2 options wait 4 weeks see if it heals or surgery today to do a flap with a recovery of 6 weeks. Ds was torn but decided to wait but might not wait full time cuz the dentist that he really likes is retiring March 1 and he needs the tooth next to wisdom needs repair- he does laser vs drill. I'm guessing here but I have a lot of antiques pillowcases that were my great great grandmothers. All the pillowcases have finishings on the edge that my relative finished with embroidery or crochet effect like doilies. They used the extra part for decoration and that part would not be on where the pillow would be but would lay flat showing the artwork/handiwork decoration. So the measurements may be for what pillow would fit in the case and the extra room for added designs. Some of the designs can take 6 inches of pillowcase and still have extra crochet work hanging off the case. Hope this helps. There are a lot of pictures online if you google vintage pillowcases.

Ds and I are so glad that the sinus issue is better. laundry several loads to do take photos of Christmas items to list to sell. Not to cause her to lose her job but that the employee may need some help from their employee assistance program. You had said "calls" - I would say no, this is a family matter not one that concerns my mothers employees. and contact her company. My Mom had a private caretaker and a housekeeper. The private caretaker sent a condolence card in the mail, the housekeeper attended the wake and probably got the information from the newspaper obituary. I did have 2 neighbors call and ask for pieces of furniture and a birdbath for free which I thought was weird and declined.
