I haven't heard that - but I wouldn't be surprised. They are definitely a lesser quality than Scentsy warmers.

I'm a Scentsy consultant and have, in order to answer questions about other brands honestly and fairly, tried the Walmart bars. Yes they work in Scentsy warmers. No they do not last as long as Scentsy bars. To be fair, Scentsy bars will also melt in other warmers (such as the Walmart brand). I have found that the Scentsy bars are an extremely good and economical way to freshen your home. I use one square of a Scentsy bar in my kids' bathroom and change it every weekend (there are 8 squares in one bar). And I leave their warmer running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By the end of the week, the fragrance is gone, but it has really freshened up the bathroom! The Walmart brand couldn't come close to that length of time. I'll be glad to get you more information or answer any other questions you may have. I love Scentsy! :)

I find ABC Family is HORRIBLE. During Christmas, we DVR'd several appropriate Christmas specials - all aired during prime time. After watcing them with my kids, I knew I could never start it and go ... had to watch it all the way through to be able to ff through the inappropriate commercials every time. Really unacceptable commercials! I bought a couple of the specials on DVD shortly after that.

When do they put their curriculum on 10% off? I don't remember. Is there any other place to get their products at a discount. I know they are reasonable as it is ... but I wanted to check and see. Thanks!

My dh asked me yesterday what I wanted for Christmas. I'm truly at a loss - and the only thing I can think of is an ereader of some sort. I have an iPhone, and use the kindle app a lot on it. My dd is starting to read, and loves spending time with me on my phone with all the apps, and looking at kid books. So it would make sense to have a larger screened version. My only decision now is what exactly I would like - a Kindle, Nook - or even an iPad. From those of you who have used them, what are your opinions? What do you like/dislike about each one of them? If I have an iPhone already (and LOVE it) is the iPad necessary? I love the idea of it, but don't know if it's just overkill. What do y'all think? Thanks for the help and the info! :D
