One of my rescues is MIA. I'm just consoling myself with the fact that since I got her she's been spayed and fattened up. I get very attached to my kitties.

She is eating her second can of kitty food. She will probably puke it all up and I'll be happy to clean up after her!!! Thank you all for your encouraging words and ideas. It really kept me going.

FOUND BABY!!!! She was shut in a drawer we thought we had already checked!~!!!!!

My best little buddy, "Baby" disappeared yesterday afternoon. She's an indoor cat that gets to go out when I watch her. I'm not sure if she's inside or outside, just vanished. We don't see how she could have gotten out but know that it happens. Searched inside, cupboards, vents, mattresses, garage, attic, washer and dryer, drawers. Searched outside, barn, vehicles, grain bins, gas tanks, trees and culverts. Pony pasture. Up and down the road. Calling and calling. Tonight I put all the barn kitties in a room and placed four baited cat traps around the outside of the house. Last night I slept outside as long as I could stand the cold but still checked during the night. I am a wreck. In the last 24 hours I can't eat or sleep. No water. I managed to keep a glass of milk down. While my family loves Baby they now think she just will come home or she won't. I can't give up. Please send prayers for Baby and any other tips you might think of. We don't have neighbors. Thank you.

Oh mercy, his girlfriend just messaged me that he's bragging that he got the tree down right under my nose. That kid!

I made sure he heard me fussing at the dog for "tracking in all that grass"! (don't worry, the dog is deaf and didn't pay any attention to me at all!)

I have to laugh about this somewhere the kids won't see because I'll bust if I don't! Every year before Thanksgiving the kids sneak the big Christmas tree out of the attic and put it up after I've gone to sleep. Tonight a kiddo who shall remain anonymous dragged the tree out of the attic, through our bathroom, bedroom, down the stairs, through the kitchen, the living room, leaving a huge trail of fake pine needles behind. Said kid noticed the mess after hiding the tree somewhere downstairs, and said to dh, "Don't tell mom what those things are!" (Cause I've never seen them before and won't have any idea what they are unless someone clues me in!!) To me the funniest thing about this is that the "kid" is 20. (and of course a guy!)

Haha! Completely unrelated. One of the boys is accidentally texting his dad when he means to text the girlfriend. This could be a lot of fun.

Kids are grown, the triplets are now 20, one ds dating a lovely gal from South Korea, other son just getting to know another lovely from our church, dd in a serious relationship with lovely from church's brother and graduated with MBA and loves her new job. Youngest dd unaffiliated at the moment. Oldest son and dil now have two gorgeous girls and another due in March. Down to two driving ponies and three riding horses. Sold my quarter horse mare to a little girl down the road for $10 with the agreement that she had to sell her back to me if/when the time comes. They are darling together. Dh bought me a new Arab for my bday this year. He knows nothing, can't back, spooky, stiff, no leg cues no nothing. I adore him. I call him Loki because he's full of mischief. He's terrified of cattle, probably going to kill me. I'm going to try to get baby pics up or at least a link.

Congrats. Now get yourself into a specialist who can give you the best chance of delivering all three. I was 36 with a 6 yr old and an 18 month old when ours were born. My dad's an OB so I got bossed around a lot! Almost 3.5 months in the hospital waiting, labor started and stopped at least four times (with the first time at four months). Don't take any chances. If I had not been using one of those labor belt things (sorry, can't remember what they are called) I would have lost all three. Born six weeks early all about 4 lbs. They turned twenty this summer.

Good, thanks. We have two granddaughters now, adorable but I lost the knack to get a picture up here. Three kids in college and one that wants to stay and help run the ranch. I love being finished with homeschooling. I'm still at home just answering the phone and getting meals ready. Gardening, a new Arabian. Ten cats, I'm officially a crazy cat lady. That's about it. I wish my parents would give me a week's notice and come visit. Or no notice at all. Lately they can't travel much and we do all the traveling to them.

Minis are like horses. They have to be trained like a horse and treated like a horse. People tend to let their training slide because they are so little and cute. The ones that have dwarf tendencies have more health problems I believe.

Dh had the western blot test. Blood was drawn in Alabama and sent to a company in Cal. which I think has since changed it's name or something. It was called IGenex. Dh had two co-infections. He's been on antibiotics for almost four years now and is better. You can have lyme and still test negative.
