      I loved in the first episode the 10th Doctor was in he mentioned saving the world in his pjs and saying it was very Doug Adams and mentioned what a cool guy he was. :D

    Graduation celebrtion is over and it was a success. Now the clean up begins :p

    Grand-puppy sitting. I'm not getting much done besides taking this little poop machine outside every 15 minutes. But she's a precious little puppy.

      I always try to think of the part in You've Got Mail where she is finally able to say the comeback she wants, but then regrets it because it is hurtful to him.

    If I were to build another house, I would make a special pipe going into each bathroom through which I could send some noxious odor to make the occupant come out. This would be especially useful during kitchen clean-up and the start of school.

      Definitely! I'd want it piped to the master bathroom too, for DH's 45 minute sabbaticals. (Or maybe I'm just jealous that he's alone in there.)

      LOL. Classical music cranked loud would be enough for my kids. :-) As for 45 minute sabbaticals - we have re-named the bathroom "the man cave". :-)

      I've been having discussions with folks who begin with "I know my physics professor is supposed to be really smart, but even I understand why XYZ can't be true..." or the one that really got the boys, "of course if I put a bolt in a zip lock baggie and leave it outside with an unprotected one the one that is unprotected will look older even if they are the same age."

      Put ds into the front end loader of the tractor, lifted him as high as it would go, he climbed higher and got kitty - all safe and sound :)

      I wish we had a cold north wind. It's in the 70s here. This is just not right for winter. I killed a mosquito in the house about an hour ago. Ugghhh!

    It's taking forever to get my energy back after the flu. I realize I'm half a century but this is ridiculous!

    The normal is back. DS2 is headed back to school. Sad, but excited for him. He's got a killer semester ahead (Calc 4 and Differential Equations in the same semester - yikes!)
