So, this year we planted a small garden and the most amazing thing is happening... We are actually growing things!! :ohmy:
We are harvesting tomatoes, okra, squash, zucchini, banana peppers faster than we can eat them or give them away! So, being that I'm a master Gardner/farmer now, I have decided it's time I learn how to can veggies! :D
Any suggestions...please?!?!?!? Tomorrow I am going to buy mason jars, and whatever else I find that I may need. What are your tips for easy, entry level canning recipes/techniques? Oh, and for the record, I have already made TONS of z-bread and to be honest, we are kinda over it! :tongue_smilie:
