LOL, she texted me a few minutes ago and said, “in case you haven’t heard the news. . .” So I guess she didn’t plan on telling me herself unless I had been able to make it to her house today. It stings a little but I’ll get over it. I think I’m feeling more bothered by it than I usually am by things because my mom keeps telling her to stop having kids, but then her posts on FB announcing the new grandchild are SO! EXCITED! 🙄

I fixed it. Annoyed she didn’t tell me and annoyed my mom wouldn’t make sure close family knew first.

Found out on fb that my sister is pregnant. My mom posted about it after finding out today at Thanksgiving. We weren’t there this year. I’m pretty annoyed i found out that way. I don’t understand why my sister didn’t tell me. I’ve always been supportive and happy for her and my mom is not (it’s # 11).

Night before: Mix chopped cranberries with 1/2 c sugar and marshmallows. Let soak overnight. The next day Mix 1/2 cup syrup or sugar, pineapple, and nuts into cranberries. Whip the cream and mix all together. I usually throw it in the freezer for a while and then defrost the day I need it. I always make a double batch and we eat it at Christmas, too. I also might freeze some in individual servings and eat it whenever.😆

Hopefully this works. They are giving her penicillin/ampicillin for the first time so hopefully this does the trick. She’s newly married and living across the country. I feel for her being so uncomfortable.

DD 19 kept getting what she though were UTIs. She’s been on some pretty heavy duty meds for the last month because it kept coming back. FInally they sent a sample to the lab and its group b strep. Is there anything she can take as a manintenance-type thing? She’s taking d-mannose because she thought it was UTI. Anything for Group B?

They’ll never know the struggle of getting the antenna in just the right spot.

That’s their own fault they didn’t do due diligence(kind of like the prosecutor). I doubt Rittenhouse could talk about much anyway. It seems like his first attorneys were the ones that orchestrated that whole mess. His attorney wasn’t happy about it. I hope Rittenhouse takes the advice of his attorney and thinks carefully about his decisions.

I do think there’s something to be said for knowing you have symptoms. Masked or barely noticeable symptoms can contribute to the spread.

I don’t get the idea that he will not deal with it. He is diagnosed with PTSD and in therapy. Not related to your post: It’s possible to agree with the verdict based on the evidence and also be concerned for how white defendants are treated as opposed to minority defendants, such as practically leaning over the judges shoulder, no deputy guarding him, etc.
