  1. Just asked her. Cloth usually but this week has been disposable under the cloth.
  2. DD21 tested positive today. She is only around others masked and the shop she works at does not allow unmasked patrons. She is vaxed. She has bad body aches and cant get warm.
  3. I don't think that's the case because she and FIL wanted no masks and got permission as long as everyone was vaccinated (or tested negative).
  4. Yrs, the joke is the new wife who was such a snob and made a big deal about DD being unvaccinated at her wedding.
  5. Dd19 has Covid. She got it from my FIL's wedding. His new wife insisted she test because she's not vaccinated. Vaccinated guests did not have to test. Guess who was positive? Her vaccinated son. What a joke.
  6. Photos, important documents, pets. Maybe a special stuftie or toy for kids if you have time.
  7. All I can think of is the actor Meeno Peluce. His character on Punky Brewster was annoying. Lol
  8. DS is feeling great. Was about a 2 day sinus-y feeling for him. ETA: He is not vaxed.
  9. 2nd test was first day of symptoms. I would test again in a day or so if you can. We have not seen any tests in stores or online, so we have to travel 40 minutes for a rapid test. I don’t know why I just shared that, I lost my train of thought. Oh, well. 😂 I hope you feel better soon!
  10. It’s the 14oz. https://www.costco.com/ember-14-oz-temperature-control-smart-mug2%2c-gray.product.100799582.html
  11. The two negatives were rapid. The positive was rapid, as well. They also did a PCR at that time (Tuesday) and he has not gotten the results yet. ETA: The 2nd and 3rd tests were with symptoms.
  12. Costco has them right now for $99. NOt sure if that’s a good price but their return policy is great.
  13. DS tested positive on day 7 after a week of exposure to his positive wife. Two negative tests the previous two days before.
  14. I’m dizzy 🤪 (This is light-hearted. I have no hard feelings). This is the third time my words have been nitpicked in these conversations If anyone wants to look up posts to prove it, be my guest. People claim I’m asking for precision while requiring precision from me. It’s all good. We can be done and back on track. Cue the Trump posts that insinuate that’s where I got my ideas.
  15. I messed something up when I edited and lost the quote. Reposting below.
  16. https://abcnews.go.com/US/outcome-reached-kim-potter-trial-daunte-wrights-death/story?id=81855781 Not sure if the wording “outcome” is intended to imply a hung jury or not. A better link that explains the language chosen. https://www.kare11.com/article/news/local/daunte-wright/jury-reaches-outcome-in-kim-potter-trial/89-96ced8ec-b814-40e6-9501-3b328ecf6fb9
  17. I guess I didn’t take out enough words. Pretty sure that’s what I said. I still would like to know. Where you’re getting “overwhelming majority, overall, overarching, etc? My comment about you providing sources was supposed to be a ridiculous answer to Tanaqui’s ridiculous statement that I provide sources for the words “a lot.” It didn’t come across that way, I see. I’m sorry.
  18. Again, where are you getting “majority, overwhelming, overarching, “ etc.? You said , “In fact, I'll even cut you a break and only hold you to "overwhelmingmajority" instead of "all". “ What new standard? I was asked to provide sources by Tanaqui.
  19. Pretty sure that’s what I said. I never made a precise statement nor asked for preciseness.
  20. No, I think it was silly to say I was not correct in the first place. I'm not going looking for every single instance and neither should you. I assume people are conversing here in good faith and don't start nitpicking words when I don't like what someone says. ETA: Where are you getting "overwhelming majority" from?
  21. Your gifts sound lovely and like you put a lot of personal thought into them! I like the gift card with the bento box idea.
  22. Moonhawk can provide proof that all mentions of the flu were about severity. That’s her claim.
  23. I don’t think you can know that every single instance was solely about severity. There were plenty of people saying there was no reason to believe it wouldn’t behave like a virus and is like a flu.
