Rose in BC
They are delicious. I made them for supper tonight (but had to schmeck them) along with brown rice and sweet potatoes (they're on sale here right now). I can't believe how good this meal tastes. If you haven't made them, do it. The lentils are delicious.

Cricket
Oooo, I'll have to try those. I love lentils. I finally tried kale chips today. Someone on here mentioned them a while back. So yummy!! I think I used way too much salt though. Next time they will be even better.

Nestof3
They are great, aren't they? I also like the carrot lentil casserole I had posted a while back. Unfortunately, I'm the only big fan of lentils (unless they are in soup), so I don't make them that often. Your dinner sounds great!

Cricket
Recipe!? 1 bunch kale 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar 3 Tbsp olive oil kosher salt Tear the kale into pieces. I usually tear around the stem and discard the steam. Combine the vinegar and oil in a large bowl. Add the kale pieces and toss to coat. Lay the pieces on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Sprinkle with salt. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, until dried and crispy. If you like salt and vinegar potato chips, you will like these!
