They are my top pick when looking for something nicer than everyday clothes. I've also found some cute, cheap clothes at www.sakurarose.com and www.downeastbasics.com. Target is also nice for basics. They have great clearance sales, and incentives like buy 3 get a 4th item free, or get a free bag if you spend $39 or more, things like that. I have a nice windbreaker that was free that way.
