gardenmom5
I have a long acquaintance with a now very elderly lady who is not doing well. She's living with a daughter some distance away. (Another daughter lives close to that location, so between the two of them she's cared for.) I would like to send her a small gift - and my thought was something edible, but not sure what there is besides candy. She likes German food very much, but not sure what could be sent either . . . Any suggestions?
Bambam
I'd send one of these paper floral bouquets. Do a smaller one if she is in an assisted living or long term care home. She can throw it away after enjoying for a time, but no need to water/etc. https://www.freshcutpaper.com/collections/flowers 4

history-fan
The “Brot box” has German breads that ship the dough, her daughter would need to bake the dough.
