I made homemade ravioli with vodka marinara sauce

And it was so amazing! Dh and I did it together. My intention was for us to do a cooking class but he didn’t want to. So I watched a YouTube (really good but I can’t think of her name at the moment; something like Helen Mannis) instead. Then I used the pasta attachment that was my MIL’s for making homemade noodles. 
 

Ricotta and sauted swiss chard filling. Definitely a weekend endeavor; not for the day you need dinner in fifteen minutes! But worth the effort otherwise.
