We special ordered everything and they delivered. Then we paid to have them installed. Their customer service was fantastic. Windows were gorgeous. I would absolutely go cheaper trim in mudroom, etc. I admit I think the door price sounds reasonable if it's s really nice door, but you might go look at a few door shops bc you might find something prettier for that price. It sounds like you love your big front windows- do those exactly how you want. Another thought- you might check with a different person to install, maybe a builder?
