Jenny in Florida Posted January 25, 2021 Share Posted January 25, 2021 So far today: Short walk this morning (2.4K) so I could get back in time to feed the dog and go to PT. PT appointment, which includes stretching and exercises for my right shoulder/arm and both knees.
