TravelingChris Posted April 13, 2020 Posted April 13, 2020 Since I have some in my freezer, I looked this up. Only one Healthy Choice Power Bowl is recalled- Chicken, Feta and Farro. It was recalled because of small rocks that weren't properly removed from one of the harvested veggies. Quote

That's the one I had (though I like the Adobo Chicken as well). 1 Quote

TravelingChris Posted April 13, 2020 Posted April 13, 2020 Since they are supposed to be cooked till a certain temp that is on the box and while I have occasionally checked- it always is above that given temp- anything other than some foreign matter probably would be fine to eat. One of the stories I occasionally relate is when we were in vacation at Estes Park, CO one time, I bought ground beef for some recipe I was making for dinner. Anyway, I prepared it and we all ate it and no one got sick at all. The next day, they announce a recall due to e-coli, I believe. Well, because we didn't contaminate surfaces and cooked it adequately, we were fine. Quote
