I didn't do 6A/6B, but exponents isn't covered in the table of contents. I think it shows up in the middle school books. Which version of the placement tests are you doing? I see exponents is introduced in Dimensions 6A. I don't know to what extent they cover it. The third question does involve order of operations which is covered at the beginning of Dimensions 6A with exponents. We did both programs plus other math resources. I know we extensively did exponents in AOPS PA which in comparison to Jousting Armadillos was like a five course meal versus an appetizer.
