Crimson Wife
Test again in a week, and if it's still negative go see your gynecologist.
Liz CA
Sounds like perimenopause aside from pregnancy. ETA: Any chance there could be Endometriosis involved? Edited March 21, 2019 by Liz CA

But because there is a possibility the symptoms could be something serious, the OP needs to go see her doctor and not just assume it's normal perimenopause. No reason to panic, OP, but do go see your doctor if you are still having symptoms and no positive pregnancy test in a week.

Learning fun
It could be that your prolactin levels are off (the hormone responsible for lactation). Those were some of my symptoms when I was diagnosed with hyperprolactinemia. Luckily the condition is easily regulated with meds.

The weird pms symptoms lasted all 8 days (the nausea and sensitivities to smells). I'll see how the next month goes, maybe this was just a glitch. Welcome to perimenopause!!!
