What is your favorite snack to offer vegetarian friends--not a veggie/dip tray. lol

I don't necessarily want to bake something sweet, just offer a nice (slightly hearty?) snack for a friend who is coming over next week.  It can be homemade, just not too involved, and enough to offer to about 6 adults.  I'm ok with totally store-bought options, too.  I'm just having a brain freeze.

Cheese and crackers

Hummus and pita chips

Puffed pastry things with pesto or other toppings

Mini-quiches

Spinach artichoke dip with bread cubes

Spiced nuts are always a hit too.

 

I would probably keep it simple and put out a plate of cheese and crackers, a small bowl of nuts, and some fruit.

Hummus, some dipping veggies and pita triangles make vegetarians happy. Maybe some grapes or berries on the side.

My vegetarian friends love veggies and hummus. Try some interesting variants. Sweet potato hummus and edamame hummus are popular here.
