ILiveInFlipFlops
I managed to go for a good stretch without having one of these, but now I'm back! We had an unusually disorganized night last night, and I managed to leave a pot of ham and beans sitting on the counter. They're pretty salty, but it was about 70 in here. WWYD? Would you take the chance? They were so dang good, and DH was going to take them to work for lunch today *sigh* Thanks.

ILiveInFlipFlops
Well fine then!!! Yeah, we tossed it. I'm so sad. I used an actual ham hock this time (because I finally had one) and it was so incredibly yummy. Well, at least I now I know how much better it can be compared to my usual method. And poor DH never even got to have any because he had dinner out last night. Thanks all.
