Depending on how pointy the toe cap is, a big girls six might be closer to women 6.5 or 7. My feet are about 22cm long. I find my shoes at Nordstrom Rack and Bloomingdale Outlet. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit. I had no idea that girl's shoes could fit my feet because for years I thought where the girl's sizes ended the women's sizes began. Nope, there is overlap. So I started buying a lot of my shoes in the girl's department and they fit better than any woman's shoe I've had. maize Posted November 22, 2016 Share Posted November 22, 2016 (edited) Children's shoe sizes in the US follow the same scale as men's sizes--so a girl's size 6 is the same as a men's size 6, but closer to a women's 8.
