luckymom
Is there a high school transcript form available rather than creating my own? I have done a search on the forum but can't figure it out.
Sebastian (a lady)
I think I started with the samples at HSLDA. I think you can get to them without a membership. Then I just kept tweaking in Word with headers, columns and tables. The HS2Col Yahoo group has some samples in files.

regentrude
Look in the sticky threads. I know that some people have attached templates of their transcripts.

Kareni
Is there a high school transcript form available rather than creating my own? I'd be happy to email you a copy of the transcript I created for my daughter. Simply send me a personal message with your email address, and I'll send it along. Regards, Kareni
EppieJ
Check out http://homeschoolskedtrack.com/ It's a free online record keeping resource - you can input resources, lesson plans, course descriptions, field trips...and create a transcript as well as generate a GPA based on what you input.
daijobu
I like MyHomeschoolTranscripts I thought it was easy to use and serves as a nice way to keep records of all things like awards and test scores and extracurriculars. Not free though.
Janeway
Pages on Apple products comes with a template. It's so good that when the registrar at the local public school saw it, she did not realize it was a homeschool one.
learners4life
I used an example from a college applications consultant, and I liked it the best of what I've seen, although it isn't much different than many samples out there. I think the content is what matters. And that it isn't to busy nor is there so much white space it looks like something is missing. I did look through suggestions in the sticky tabs, and there were some good ones. Things that I will make sure I include, from these suggestions and others, are: the words Official Transcript, some type of official seal for our school, including exam scores at the bottom of the page. I ended up doing mine by subject. There are good points to doing it both ways, but I think this format makes it easy for admissions officers to find what they are looking for quickly. It also shows progression very clearly.
