Jann in TX Posted October 3, 2008 Share Posted October 3, 2008 We just purchased this program for dd(15). Have you ever had trouble with the program lagging or freezing up? I've e-mailed support but have not heard back yet. DD is frustrated and DH is wanting our money back. We have excellent internet service so the problem has to be with their servers... We have good/excellent internet service as well but there are still some technical things to endure as there are with almost ALL online courses.... I would call the 800 number directly and see if they are experiencing difficulties rather than wait on a tech person. She called the 800 number and the situation was resolved in minutes. I'd call rather than wait for tech support. We haven't even received a bill yet. You've already paid? TravelingChris Posted October 4, 2008 Share Posted October 4, 2008 We tried Spanish 2 and that was one of the main reasons we left the program. It was freezing and I didn't have time to keep helping her on technical problems. We had some other issues and changed to BJU Spanish 2 on DVD. We are having no problems with that since it is on DVD.
