4KookieKids
So I started playing around with khan academy today, and the math portion of it looks cool. I think the organization of it is great to reach students of all levels, at any rate. But the other areas seem completely different. I clicked on several that just started at "first year of college" level. I guess I'm just wondering if I'm missing something, or if the other subject areas really do need a much more advanced student?
Jean in Newcastle
The other subjects are newer and are not as developed. I did discover that they have the Crash Course World History videos. We've been watching them on YouTube but this will be more convenient for us.
duckens
We've used selected parts of the art history section (to cover specific painters we are studying). It was very rewarding for us.
Arcadia
The coding ones are okay. My kids had fun with those modules.

LMD
My kids are doing the coding ones. My son likes to browse the history and science videos, they're way over his head but he enjoys them and gleans something.
Penguin
We really like the Smart History videos that focus on a single work of art.
athomeontheprairie
We've used several of the geology videos for middle school. Good stuff.
