Coffee. Yes, I am serious.

:grouphug:

I drink coffee with hot cocoa mix right now, just started doing that within the last 6 months, I just need a little more focus for nursing school, and I really don't want to find another doctor (we see a nurse practitioner) just to get Ritalin or what have you, besides I want something the will also benefit the rest of my body as well.

Things that have come up in my reading that you might want to look at:  evening primrose oil and/or omega 3s, pycnogenol, high-quality b12 sublingual (i.e., *not cyanocobalamin*) or high-quality b-complex, magnesium, electrolytes, Emergen-C (has some other stuff in it besides C).
