Mom-ninja.
I need to buy groceries, but that will have to wait until tomorrow. For dinner I have a bunch of sweet potatoes and 2 lbs of ground turkey. What can I make?

happypamama
I'd just roast or bake the sweet potatoes and serve them with butter. For the ground turkey, my go to recipes are buffalo meatloaf (I mix the turkey with hot sauce, crumbled bleu cheese, and diced celery and bake in loaf pans at 350 for 45-60 minutes or so) or meatballs (I like to use diced green pepper, garlic, onion, maybe oregano, and then barbecue sauce on top). KungFuPanda
Baked sweet potatoes and fried turkey patties Or turkey burgers and sweet potato fries. Our favorite use for ground turkey is to season with Italian seasonings, bread, fry, then top with cheese and marinara. It's kind of like chicken Parmesan with turkey patties, but I'm not sure it would go so well with sweet potatoes.
Mom-ninja.
Turkey chili over baked sweet potatoes sounds like a winner. I happen to have a can of beans.
