If it was definitely muscular, I'd say a warm shower or heating pad and ibuprofen. I slept on my neck wrong several weeks ago and it still hurts when I get fatigued. Good luck! I would take a pain reliver, a nice hot shower and consider going back to bed. PrincessMommy Posted October 14, 2014 Author Share Posted October 14, 2014 I couldn't take it anymore so I called a local place who gives 30min neck and back massage. I dosed myself with ibuprofen and went. It's still there but so, so much better. Tonight I'll load up on ibuprofen again so I can really relax while sleeping.
