scrapbookbuzz
Do you have any specific movies and/or music you like to have playing in the background while you craft? Lately, as in the last time a few months back and tonight, I seem to be drawn towards the Jack Reacher movie. Not sure why. What's your go-to for ambient noise while crafting? KatieJ
I have a smart TV in my sewing room and I tend to put on long series that I want to watch, but don't need to completely focus on like Upstairs Downstairs, McLeods daughters. I can get Pandora on it too, so I have some favorites. I rotate between Southern Gospel, traditional country, and a mix of oldies like Lionel Ritche station. serene
Netflix series for me, too. Currently, 'House'. :001_smile:

lailasmum
I tend to binge watch tv series when I'm doing other things. Sometimes I listen to podcasts but not often.
Cinder
Netflix/tv watcher here too. I'm between series right now on Netflix, last being Jericho. (Don't watch this one unless you want to get sucked into a good series that gets cancelled before anything is resolved.) With cable, I only watch On Demand. I just finished Food Network Star and Last Tango in Halifax and have watched a couple episodes of Murder in the First. Anyway, I watch shows where I don't need to have my eyes on the screen a lot of the time.
TammyS
Mostly, I put on podcasts to listen to while I work. Another Mother Runner, Craftlit, and Knitmore Girls are current favorites.
TechWife
I went through a spell when I watched/listened to NCIS while I was quilting. Currently, I do have something on for background noise, but nothing specific. I find it more distracting that way, so I do need to find something different to watch/listen to while working. I'll watch this thread for ideas!
stephanier.1765
I usually have TV shows I've already watched, ie Grey's Anatomy, running in the background because I don't have to look at the screen to know what's happening but it still occupies that part of my mind that isn't involved in the crafting. SadieMarie
Jim Dale lol. Sometimes I stream old episodes of This American Life, but mostly it is Harry Potter.
