HollyDay
What does the expression, "at a good place" mean? As in, "She is at a good place in life." or, "He is coming from a good place." or "It is obvious she is at a good place." The context is not physical as in a good house, or good job, or good work environment. It is something else and I'm not sure exactly what it means. Thanks!! Catwoman
I'm assuming it means that the person is happy and content.
Petrichor
He is coming from a good place <- I would assume that to mean he has good intentions. She is at a good place <- I would take that to mean she is comfortable financially or otherwise at peace with her situation.

clarkacademy
I use that all the time when people question me about changes lately. I am at a very good place emotionally is what I mean. I recently lost over 60 pounds and my mood is much better. My attitude is better too so perhaps that is what they mean.
