sierramv1
We have been homeschooling since 1rst grade and now he is going back to 'regular' school next year. What would/do you use for afterschooling? He is solid in Math but a weak writer and horrible speller........I had his year planned out at home, but unfortunately I won't be able to use all the awesome stuff I had planned and purchased.... MiMi 4under3
I afterschooled DD12 with Saxon when she went to ps this past January. Trying to decide what to use for writing in 8th... :bigear:
kiwik
Depends on how much homework he has. A lot of people find anymore than homework support becomes very difficult.
Arcadia
Maybe do some of the spelling and writing over summer. For afterschooling, I'll wait and see. One of my neighbors just finished 7th grade. He has quite a bit of group projects, homework as well as band practice (school band).
Reefgazer
I'd be remediating the spelling.
